Access your Enrol Account and Complete a Form

Overview

Learners and Employers can complete forms sent to them through Enrol by accessing a secure link emailed by the Training Provider. Once submitted, forms are sent back for approval and processing.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Learner
  • Employer

Steps to Access Your Enrol Account and Complete a Form

  1. Click the link in the email sent by your Training Provider.
  2. Click Start Form.
  3. Complete all required fields on the form.
  4. Click Submit Form.
  5. Click Confirm and Submit.

The form will now be submitted and awaiting approval.

Click Home to return to your ongoing forms.

Magic Link

If you're using a magic link, you do not need to log into your account to complete the form.

Tips & Notes

  • If the form does not open, check that the link has not expired.
  • Forms must be completed using the link provided—they cannot be accessed via the Onefile Eportfolio menu.
  • If you are logged into a Keychain account and encounter issues, log out and reopen the link.
