Onboarding User Overview

Overview

The Users section enables administrators to set up and manage user accounts, control access permissions, and maintain user information within the system.

User RoleFeature
AdminUsers with full access to the software. Admins can configure workflows, manage system settings, and create interactions.
UserUsers with access to their assigned learners. They can view learner information and complete tasks relating to their learners.

Key Functions available

Import UsersAllows users to import user accounts from another OF product.  This ensures the records are linked across products.Admin
Create UsersThis option should be used for any users who do not have an E-Portfolio account.Admin
ViewDisplays user details, sub-users (if applicable), and assigned learnersAdmin/User
EditAllows users to update their personal details. The email address cannot be changed. Admin/User(only own record)
ArchiveThis marks a user as inactive and removes them from the active lists.Admin
DeleteThis permanently deletes a user from the systemAdmin
Assign UsersThis creates the user hierarchy.Admin
