Edit a Custom Page within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Custom Pages can be updated at any time while they are still in draft. This allows administrators to edit or refine the content before publishing it for use in onboarding workflows or programmes.

Steps

How to Edit a Custom Page

  1. Click Custom Pages from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the page you would like to edit.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Update the page content as required using the editor.
  5. Once completed, click Publish Custom Page.

✔️ Tip: Only pages that are still in draft can be edited. Published pages must be duplicated if further changes are needed.

Tips & Notes

  • Ensure all changes are final before publishing, as published pages cannot be edited.
  • Custom Pages can include text, instructions, programme details, or policy information.
  • Published Custom Pages become available for selection in onboarding workflows.
